Returning Your Firearm For Service

When returning your Firearm or Outdoor Product for servicing, you must do the following:

Package the product securely in a cardboard container.
Enclose a letter with your firearm or outdoor product that clearly describes the trouble experienced and the repairs or service desired.
Never return ammunition with your firearm. It is against postal and most commercial regulations.
If you are sending your firearm in for service for "feeding issues" or anything that might be magazine related we require the magazines be sent with your firearm.
